Blue tulle skirt

This skirt is made of cca 2 m x 1,5 m of electric blue tulle and some blue cotton  from which an underskirt and a belt were made (because it is not as see through as the tulle). The first step is to cut the fabrics according to your vision (length, richness of the tulle part), then you have to measure your belt and gather all the tulle layers and the cotton layer and sew it in the belt. If the tulle is too thick and scratchy, I recommend using of ribbon to finish the hemlines.
